If you are new to reading glasses, or think you need to upgrade your power level, check out our diopter chart to guide you towards the right magnification.

Most of our glasses will suit a range of face shapes, but we have put together some general guidelines that are best to follow in order to select the most flattering frame for your face.

Every pair of glasses we sell has its own measurement guide - you can find this within each pair of glasses product page.

We stock reading glass magnifications from +1 to +3 at .5 increments. If you need a strength above +3, we recommend a visit to your local optician.

Sorry, we are unable to issue refunds on purchases but if you have a change of heart we will happily exchange the item or provide you with store credit.

If, upon receipt of your reading glasses, you notice that they are damaged, please email us within 24 hours with an image showing the damage. We need to have the affected items returned to us within 7 days in order to replace them. If your chosen pair of glasses is out of stock, we will despatch them in the most timely manner based on us receiving fulfilment.

Sorry - any items that need to be returned for exhange are done so at the recipients cost.

Oh no! But sorry, if your glasses have been out of our hands for over 30 days, we deem general wear to have occurred and we cannot be held liable for any damage that may have occurred while in your possession. We will however happily replace your reading glasses if they are damaged within 30 days once we receive them back from you.

We hope so! We have taken measures to encrypt all data, so no payment information can ever be accessed by us.

The only information we collect and store is your name and contact details when a transaction is made. This information is never passed on to any third party. We may use it to contact you to check on your purchase, but we will never hassle you!

Of course you can. We give you the option to sign up to our newsletters when you purchase glasses from us or when you visit our site. But you will always have the option to unsubscribe.
