Refund policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order it can be returned for an exchange or store credit.
Please contact us at info@thereadingglass.co.nz within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs incurred. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately.
If you do not want to exchange your item for something else, a store credit will be issued (shipping costs are excluded).
Please note:  We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. 
We will not issue refunds for items unless they are faulty. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving faulty goods. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 7 days of being received by you. In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred.
Please email info@thereadingglass.co.nz if you have any questions regarding your return. Please note any returns must be received within 7 days of purchase and will only be accepted when an item is returned to us in a new and unused condition with all original packaging.

Please note:  The Reading Glass does not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of returning them to us, hence why we recommend you use a traceable postage method. We will raise a store credit or organise an exchange for you once the garment has been returned and accepted by The Reading Glass.
